My Story.

Like you, I have also struggled with knowing which foods will help to maintain my energy and focus throughout the day, so that I can live my busy life to the fullest - working, training and maintaining a social life.


The information I found online left me feeling even more confused and frustrated with all of the promoted supplements and quick-fix diet detoxes recommended to me.


I knew that it shouldn’t be this difficult to understand how to make my body feel good.


It wasn’t until I started studying dietetics that I realised that there is so much more to food than its calorie value. Food has a profound impact on our body, affecting it in both the short- and long-term, for energy, health, and happiness. It breaks my heart to hear the stories from young girls to older women who have unknowingly bought into the toxic diet culture and damaged their relationship with food and themselves.

Now that I have a better understanding of the foundations of nutrition for a happy and healthy life, I want to support other women in feeling more confident in their bodies and food choices for holistic well-being.

What was an Instagram page that started amid (the C word…) pandemic to share nutrition knowledge nuggets and healthy, yet delicious recipes, has now turned into an online business that aims to make individualised nutrition support more accessible and welcoming to all women.
